Track the status, progress and history of your support tickets through our Help Centre.
1. Click your profile icon on the right-hand side of any page.
2. Click My activities
Ticket Status
By default, the page displays all requests that you have submitted. All tickets have a status assigned to them to mark what action needs to be taken next.
- Open ticket = Successfully submitted and is being worked on to resolve it.
- Awaiting your reply = Ticket has been assigned to a support agent. Agent is waiting for more information from you before resolving the ticket.
- Solved = Ticket has had all queries addressed and completed to satisfaction.
